Here's how to adjust the personal email sync frequency settings on your FLIP 3.
  1. From the main screen, press
    OK button

    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

  2. Select
    E-Mail
    .
  3. Press the
    right soft key
     soft key to choose
    Options
    .
  4. Select
    Settings
    .
  5. Highlight then select an account.
  6. Select (check)
    Sync account
     to turn on or off.
  7. Press the
    right soft key
     to choose
    Save
    .
