TCL FLIP 3 - Manage Data Usage

Here's how to change the data usage cycle and set data warnings and/or limits on your FLIP 3.

Device data usage may differ from actual usage. For accurate info and bill cycle dates, visit the My Verizon website.

For Business Customer data, visit My Business.

To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Family™.

Select the

OK button

Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

Settings

From the Network & Connectivity tab, select

Cellular network & Data

Select

Data counter

then do any of the following:

Data counter must be On to edit options.

Set Data Limit:

Mobile data is turned off when the data usage reaches the limit indicated by the red line. To use apps needing data, use Wi-Fi or adjust the limit.

Enter the desired level (e.g., 2.0) then use the navigation pad to choose GB or MB.

Set Data Warning:

A notification message appears upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the orange warning line.

Change Data Usage Cycle:

Counter reset date

Select the date to match the first day of your billing cycle then press the

OK button

to select.

Refer to your statement for the bill cycle date.
