TCL FLIP 3 - Master Reset

Here's how to restore your FLIP 3 to factory default settings.
A Factory Data (Master / Hard) Reset:
  • is the last resort for troubleshooting.
  • erases all data and restores preferences to factory default specifications.
  • is only recommended when the existing data has been backed up or is unwanted.
  1. From the main screen, press the
    OK button

    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

    Settings
    .
  3. From the Device tab, select
    Device information
    .
  4. Select
    Reset Phone
    .
  5. Press the
    right soft key
     soft key to select
    Reset
    If needed, set up your device.
