Here's how to move pictures / videos from internal storage on your FLIP 3 to an SD / memory card.
  2. From the main screen, press the
    OK button
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

  3. Select
    File Manager
    .
  4. Select
    Internal
     then select the files to be transferred (e.g., DCIM, Music, etc.).
  5. Once the desired file is highlighted press the
    right soft key
     soft key to choose
    Options
    .
  6. Select 'Copy' or 'Move'.
  7. Select
    SD Card
    .
  8. Highlight the desired folder, then press the
    right soft key
     to choose
    Options
    .
  9. Select 'Paste' or 'Move'.
