Steps
- If necessary, install the Verizon Family app.
- Do one of the following:
- To add advanced Parental Controls:
- Open theVerizon Family app.
- Tap on theMore tab.
- TapProfile management.
- Select the family member profile of a child with an iOS device.
- TapEnable delete protection.
- Follow steps to set up a Family Sharing account.
- To remove advanced Parental Controls:
- From the Companion device, open theSettings app.
- TapScreen Time.
- TapVerizon Family Companionto turn off.
- Enter the Apple ID and Password.
- From the Home screen on the device, touch and hold theVerizon Family Companion app.
- TapRemove Appthen tapDelete App.
- To confirm, tapDelete.
