Unblock SIM PIN

A blocked SIM can stop your Orbic® SPEED X 5G from working. If you've forgotten your SIM PIN and have been locked out, follow these instructions to unlock it.

Before you begin

The PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) is used to reset a blocked SIM card.

Steps

  2. From the Settings section, click the
    Arrow icon
    .
  3. Click the
    Advanced tab
    .
  4. Review the warning message then click
    Continue
    .
  5. Click the
    SIM
     tab.
  6. From the Desired Action field, click the
    Dropdown arrow icon
     then select
    Change PIN
    .
  7. Enter the following then click
    Save Changes
    :
    • Current PIN
    • New PIN
    • Confirm new PIN
