View Software Version

Knowing the software version your Orbic® SPEED X 5G is running helps you check for updates, troubleshoot issues and ensure compatibility with apps.

Before you begin

Check the Software Updates page for the most recent software version then verify it's installed on your device.

Steps

  1. Do either of the following:
    • To view the software version via your device:
      1. From the Home screen, tap
        Menu
        .
        If necessary, press the
        Power button
         to turn on the display.
      2. Tap
        Software Update
        .
      3. View the SW Version.
    • To view the software version via the Admin Web Interface:
      2. From the Settings section, click the
        Arrow icon
        .
      3. Click the
        Software Update tab
        .
      4. View the Current Software Verizon.
