Here's how to reset apps if your Galaxy Z Flip6 crashes, resets or freezes.
Personal data such as browser bookmarks and other customized app settings can be backed up to Google's servers.
  1. Open the

  3. Do one of the following:
    • Reset Individual App
      Resetting an app doesn't remove saved items on the device (e.g., texts, pictures, voicemails, etc.). However, saved passwords for Wi-Fi, settings, backgrounds, etc. within the app itself may be reset.

        If system apps aren't visible.
