Power Up in Safe Mode

Safe mode is a diagnostic state on your Orbic® Trophy 5G that only runs system apps so you can isolate if a third-party app is causing freezing or slowness.

Before you begin

An alternate method is available if your device can be powered on and is responsive.

Steps

  1. With your Trophy 5G powered off, press and hold the
    Power button
     to turn the device on and allow several seconds for the Orbic logo to appear.
  2. With the Orbic logo still on the screen, press and hold the
    Volume down
     and
    Volume up button
     simultaneously.
  3. Continue to hold the
    Volume down
     and
    Volume up buttons
     until Safe mode appears in the lower left of the unlock screen then release.
  4. To exit Safe mode, restart the device.
