Turning data on your Orbic® Trophy 5G provides access to online services over the cellular network, while turning it off will impact that experience unless connected to Wi-Fi.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    SIMs
    .
  3. If necessary, tap the name of the appropriate SIM (e.g., Verizon, etc.).
  4. Do any of the following:
    • To turn data on / off:
      1. Tap the
        Mobile data switch
         to turn on or off.
      2. If prompted, tap
        OK
         to confirm.
    • To allow / deny roaming:
      Depending on your plan, enabling data roaming may cause roaming charges (e.g., when traveling internationally).
      1. Tap the
        Roaming switch
         to turn on or off.
      2. If prompted, read the notification regarding roaming charges then tap
        OK
         if you agree.
Manage Data Usage
