Enable / Disable eSIM Profile

If you use two phone numbers on your Orbic smartphone, turning one SIM on or off allows you to manage your network usage, save battery, or control which line is active for calls and data as needed.

Before you begin

In order to see the eSIM options, the Orbic® device must be running the current software version.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    SIMs
    .
  3. If necessary, tap the appropriate eSIM from the Downloaded SIMS section.
  4. Do either of the following:
    • Enable eSIM Profile
      1. Tap the
        Use SIM switch
         to turn on.
      2. Tap
        Yes
         or
        Switch to SIM
         to confirm.
        SIM name varies (e.g., Verizon 1, Verizon 2, etc.).
    • Disable eSIM Profile
      1. Tap the
        Use SIM switch
         to turn off.
      2. Tap
        Yes
         to confirm.
