Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G Kids Edition - Add / Edit / Delete a Contact

Here's how to add, edit or remove a contact entry on your Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G Kids Edition.
Expand All
  1. Open the
    Contacts app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To add a contact, tap the
      Add icon
       Plus symbol.
    • To edit an existing contact, select the desired contact then tap
      Edit
       Pencil icon.
  3. If presented, select an account (e.g., Phone, Google, etc.).
    Depending on the account, the options presented may vary.
  4. Enter or edit any of the info fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.) then tap
    Save
    .
    Tap
    View more
     for additional options.
  1. Open the
    Contacts app
    .
  2. Select the desired contact.
  3. Tap the
    More icon
     Menu icon.
  4. Tap
    Delete
    .
  5. To confirm, tap
    Move to Trash
    .
    The desired contact is moved to the Trash and deleted permanently after 30 days or trash can be emptied manually by doing the following:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       3-line Menu icon then tap
      Trash
      .
    2. Touch and hold the desired contact to delete.
      To select all, tap
      All
      .
    3. Tap
      Delete
       Trashcan icon.
    4. To confirm, tap
      Delete
      .
