Here's how to reset settings if your Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G Kids Edition can't connect to data or send / receive messages.

If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.

The following are cleared or restored to default values:

Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)

Bluetooth®

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

General management

Reset

Reset network settings

Review the info then tap

Reset settings

If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.

Reset
