Move Media Files to / from Computer - Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+

Here's how to transfer pictures, videos or music files between your Galaxy Tab S10+ and a computer.
Only unprotected video / music files can be transferred using this method.
  1. Connect your Galaxy Tab S10+ to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
  2. If prompted to allow access to your data, tap
    Allow
    .
    1. If necessary, touch and hold the
      Status Bar
       (at the top) then drag to the bottom.

    2. From the list of notifications, locate then tap the USB option (e.g., USB charging, USB for image transfer, etc.).
      If necessary, tap the notification to expand it.
    3. Select
      Transferring files
      .
      Selected when a blue dot is present.
  3. From your computer, open File Explorer or Windows Explorer.
    Using the computer keyboard, press the
    Windows+E
     (Windows key logo+E)
    keys
    .
    Alternatively, right-click
    Start
     then click 'Open Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer'.
  4. Using File Explorer or Windows Explorer, navigate:
    Galaxy Tab S10+
    Internal storage
    .
    The Galaxy Tab S10+ is listed under the 'Devices and drives' section of 'This PC'.
    Device name reflects your device model (e.g., Galaxy Tab S10+) or its customized name.
  5. Use the computer to copy media files between the appropriate folder on the device and the desired location on the computer's hard drive.
    Some folders that may contain files on the device include:
    • DCIM\Camera
    • Download
    • Movies
    • Pictures
    • Music
  6. When finished, disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
