Here's how to connect your smartphone to the Prepaid network with an eSIM.

Steps

Open the

My Verizon app

From the 'Go Prepaid with eSIM card' screen, tap

Get started

From the 'Let's get started...' screen, verify your device is compatible then tap

Get Started

Location services must be enabled for the compatibility check.

Tap

Select

to choose the best plan for your data usage.

Follow the on-screen steps to create an account the tap

Review the info entered then tap

Continue to payment

Select your payment method, then tap

to enter payment info.

From the You're now ready to activate your eSIM screen, tap

Activate eSIM

Tap

Set Up eSIM

From the Create Profile screen, enter the required info.

To continue, review the Terms and Conditions, then tap

Accept terms

From the 'Stay in the know' screen, tap 'Allow' or 'No thanks'.

Once your account is created, you're sent to the My Verizon app Home page.
