Orbic JOY 2 - Block / Unblock Numbers

Here's how to block messages and send unwanted calls directly to voicemail for your JOY 2.
  1. Open the
    Phone app
     on your Orbic ®JOY 2.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     3-dot Menu icon.
  3. Navigate:
    Settings
    Blocked numbers
    .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Add Block
      1. Tap
        Add a number
        .
      2. Enter the phone number then tap
        Block
        .
        Calls and messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the block list are automatically ignored. The call is forwarded to voicemail and text / picture messages aren't delivered to the Messages app.
      3. To block calls from unidentified callers, tap
        Unknown
         to turn on.
    • Remove Block
      1. Tap the
        Remove icon
         X icon to the right of the number you want to unblock.
      2. Tap
        Unblock
        .
      3. To remove blocks for unidentified callers, tap
        Unknown
         to turn off.
