Orbic JOY 2 - Clear App Cache

Here's how to clear cached data if your JOY 2 runs slowly, crashes or resets, or apps freeze.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Orbic® JOY 2.
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    See all apps
    .
  3. If necessary, tap the
    dropdown menu
     down arrow icon then select
    All apps
    .
    The dropdown menu only displays if apps have been disabled.
  4. Tap the appropriate app.
  5. Tap
    Storage & cache
    .
  6. Tap
    Clear cache
    .
    This option may not be available for some apps.
