Orbic JOY 2 - Move Media Files to / from Computer

Here's how to transfer picture, video or music files between your JOY 2 and a computer.

Only unprotected video / music files can be transferred using this method.

Pictures, videos or music files can also be transferred to an SD / memory card.

Connect your Orbic® JOY 2 to a computer using the supplied USB cable.

If prompted to allow access to your data, tap

Allow

If necessary, touch and hold the

Status Bar

then drag to the bottom.

The image below is an example.

From the list of notifications, locate then tap the USB option (e.g., USB charging, USB for image transfer, etc.).

If necessary, tap the notification to expand it.

Select

File Transfer

From your computer, open File Explorer or Windows Explorer.

Using the computer keyboard, press the

Windows

and

E keys

Alternatively, right-click

Start

then click 'Open Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer'.

Using File Explorer or Windows Explorer, navigate:

Orbic JOY 2

Internal shared storage

JOY 2 is listed under the 'Devices and drives' section of 'This PC'.

Device name reflects your device model (e.g., JOY 2) or its customized name.

Use the computer to copy media files between the applicable folder on the device and the desired location on the computer's hard drive.

Some folders that may contain files on the device include:

DCIM\Camera

Download

Movies

Pictures

Music

When finished, disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
