Orbic JOY 2 - Power Up in Safe Mode

Safe mode is a diagnostic state on your JOY 2 that only runs system apps so you can isolate if a third-party app is causing freezing or slowness.
  1. With the Orbic® JOY 2 powered off, press and hold the
    Power button
     on the right edge to turn on the device and allow several seconds for the Orbic logo to appear.
    An alternate method is available if your device can be powered on and is responsive.
  2. With the Orbic logo still on the screen, press and hold the
    Volume down
     and
    Volume up button
     on the right edge simultaneously.
  3. Continue to hold the
    Volume down
     and
    Volume up buttons
     until 'Safe mode' appears in the lower left of the unlock screen then release.
    This may take up to 30 seconds.
  4. To exit Safe Mode restart the device.
