Samsung Galaxy Watch FE - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

Here's how to factory / hard reset your Galaxy Watch FE if the screen freezes or call, app, audio or sync issues occur.
Performing a factory data reset removes all data from the device. Only perform a reset if absolutely necessary.
  1. From the watch screen, open the
    Settings app
    .
    An alternate reset method is available if the device can't be powered on and is unresponsive.
  2. Navigate:
    General
    Reset
    .
  3. Tap
    Reset
    to confirm.
  4. Review the message regarding mobile plans then do one of the following:
    • To reset the watch without removing the cellular plan, tap
      Next
      .
    • To reset the watch and stored cellular plan, tap
      Remove all mobile plans
      .
  5. Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.
    If needed, set up your device.
