Here's how to view signal strength on the Galaxy Watch FE.
  1. From the watch screen, swipe down from the top to display the status panel.
  2. View the signal bar indicator Signal bars icon.
    The signal strength indicator only displays when the device is set to always connect to the mobile network. To connect to a mobile network:
    1. From the watch, open the
      Settings app
      .
    2. Navigate:
      Connections
      Mobile Networks
       .
    3. Tap
      Always on
