If your JOY 2 crashes, resets or runs slowly, or apps freeze or cause the device to reset, view this info.
Restoring your Orbic® JOY 2 to default settings helps when the device crashes and resets itself or when apps freeze / hang or reset the device.
Performing these steps resets all system settings (e.g., notification tones, sound settings, display settings, etc.) back to their default values. Personal data, such as downloaded apps and media (pictures, videos, music), isn't affected.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Reset options
    Reset Settings
    .
  3. Review the info then tap
    Reset Settings
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  4. To confirm, tap
    Reset Settings
    .
    The device automatically restarts to apply new settings.
