Connect / Share / Manage Wi-Fi Network

Managing your Wi-Fi Backup settings helps keep your devices connected smoothly when main internet goes down.

Before you begin

Wi-Fi Backup sessions last for 24 hours. After it ends, use the app to start and keep track of your Wi-Fi Backup sessions.
Use the Verizon Home app to check usage and view remaining sessions.
