Resetting network settings on your Galaxy Z Flip7 can help fix problems with connecting to a Wi-Fi network or mobile data, or pairing a Bluetooth® device.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    General management
    Reset
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To clear mobile network settings and restore to default values:
      1. Tap
        Reset mobile network settings
        .
      2. Tap
        Reset settings
        .
      3. If prompted, tap
        Reset
         to confirm.
    • To clear Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords) and restore to default values:
      1. Tap
        Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings
        .
        This also clears Bluetooth® connections.
      2. Tap
        Reset settings
        .
