Setting data limits or warnings on your Galaxy Watch8 / Watch8 Classic helps you stay aware of your usage habits, which can be useful if your plan provides a fixed amount of data.

Before you begin

Device data usage may differ from actual usage. For accurate info and bill cycle dates, visit the My Verizon website.
To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Family.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Connections
    Data usage
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • View Data Usage
    • Change Data Usage Cycle:
      1. Tap
        Start billing cycle on
         then select the appropriate start date.
      2. Tap
        Done
        .
    • Set Mobile Data Limit:
      1. Tap
        Seta data limit
         to turn on.
      2. Tap
        Data limit
        , select the desired level (e.g., 2.0 GB, etc.) then tap
        Done
        .
