Unblock SIM PIN

A blocked SIM can stop your LINKZONE GO 5G from working. If you've forgotten your SIM PIN and have been locked out, follow these instructions to unlock it.

Before you begin

The PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) is used to reset a blocked SIM card.

Standard Service accounts
: Get the PUK via the My Verizon website before proceeding.

Prepaid accounts
: Contact customer service to get the PUK before proceeding.

Steps

Access the Admin Web Interface.

From the Network Settings section, click the

Navigation arrow

From the left pane, click

Mobile Network

then click

SIIM PIN Management

Click the

SIM PIN Status switch

to turn on.

Review the warning message then click

Continue

Enter the following then click

Apply

Enter PUK

New SIM PIN

Confirm SIM PIN
