Before you begin

Steps
- Open theSettings app.An alternate reset method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.

- TapErase all data (factory reset).If giving the device to another person or if advised to by a Verizon representative, selectErase eSIMsto erase the eSIM profile during the reset. Checking this box requires a new eSIM to be downloaded when the device powers back on after the reset. If necessary, contact Verizon to generate a new eSIM profile and provide the required QR code to download the new profile.
