Configure Broadcast Settings

Fine-tune the broadcast settings on your MiFi® PRO M4 to optimize device connectivity and performance. This can help if you're having issues connecting to Wi-Fi.

Before you begin

To avoid interference with other Wi-Fi networks, try using a different channel.
You can also set the band for your primary and guest Wi-Fi networks from the device by navigating:
Menu
Wi-Fi
Band Selection

Steps

  2. From the left menu, click
    Network
    .
  3. Click the
    Wi-Fi tab
    .
  4. From the Band Section section, select the preferred option for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
    • Primary Network
    • Guest Network
    • OFF
  5. To configure, click the corresponding
    Dropdown menu
     for each band then set any of the following:
    • Wi-Fi Standard
    • Bandwith
    • Channel (e.g., Automatic, 1, 2, 10, 11, etc.)
  6. Click
    Save
