View Device ID

The Device ID (IMEI) is a unique identifier for your MiFi® PRO M4. This info is essential when troubleshooting certain issues or activating a device on your account.

Steps

  1. Do either of the following to view the Device ID:
    • To view via the device:
      1. From the Home screen, tap
        Menu
        .
      2. Tap
        About
        .
      3. View the IMEI
    • To view via the Admin Web Interface:
      2. From the left menu, click
        Device
        .
      3. Click the
        Overview tab
        .
      4. From the Inseego (MiFi PRO M4) section, view the IMEI.
