Easily transition your Galaxy Watch Ultra2 to a new phone. Follow these steps to unpair it from your current device and reconnect it to your new one.

Before you begin

If necessary, back up the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 to save your data to the Samsung Cloud.

Steps

  1. From the watch screen, open the
    Settings app
     .
  2. Navigate:
    General
    Transfer watch to new phone
    .
  3. Review the message then tap the
    Checkmark icon
    .
    The watch resets and all data is deleted.
  4. Open the
    Galaxy Wearable app
     on the new companion smartphone.
  5. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete activation. If necessary, refer to one of the following:
