An alternate reset method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.
Perform a factory data reset only if necessary as it removes your Google™ account and all data including system data, app data and media.

- Personal data (e.g., Wi-Fi passwords, browser bookmarks, etc.) can be backed up to Google's servers.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- TapErase all data (factory reset).If giving the device to another person or if advised to by a Verizon representative, selectErase eSIMsto erase the eSIM profile during the reset. Checking this box requires a new eSIM to be be downloaded and activated when the device powers back on after the reset. If necessary, contact Verizon to generate a new eSIM profile and provide the required QR code to download the new profile.
