View Order Status

Track recent Mobile and 5G Home orders using the My Verizon website. View order status, check estimated delivery dates and get tracking numbers conveniently.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
    To track your order without signing in, visit the Check Order Status page then follow the onscreen instructions.
  2. From the My Verizon Home page, select
    Orders
    .
  3. Locate and review the desired order info, then select
    View details
     to check delivery status.
