Managing your prepaid data plan from your Apple® iPad® lets you keep tabs on your usage, add more data when needed, and ensure you're always connected without surprises.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Cellular
    .
  3. From the Cellular Plans section, tap the
    Info icon
    .
  4. Tap
    Manage Verizon Account
     then tap
    Account Settings
    .
  5. Enter the account email and password then select
    Next
    .
    If you forgot your account password, refer to Recover Cellular Data Account Password - Apple iPad for assistance.
  6. Tap
    Add Data or Change Plan
    ..
  7. Select the plan option then do one of the following:
    • If the current plan has more than 25 MB remaining, review the Confirm Change Plan details then tap
      Next
      .
    • If the current plan has less than 25 MB remaining, review the Confirm Change Plan details then tap
      Next
      .
  8. Verify the Payment Summary info then tap
    Submit
    .
  9. Review the Terms of Service then tap
    Agree
    .
