Apple iPad - Edit Cellular Data User and Payment Information

Here's how to edit user and payment information for your iPad's cellular data account.
To determine the software version for your Apple® iPad®, refer to View Software Version.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Apple® iPad®.
  2. Tap
    Cellular Data
    .
  3. From the CELLULAR PLANS section tap the
    Info icon
     Info icon.
  4. Tap
    Manage Verizon Account
    .
  5. If not prompted for the account email and password tap
    View Account
    Add to an Existing Verizon Wireless Account
    .
  6. Enter the account email and password then tap
    Next
    .
    If the account password has been forgotten, refer to Recover Cellular Data Account Password for assistance.
  7. Tap
    Edit User & Payment Information
    .
  8. Edit the User and Login Information as necessary.
  9. Edit the Payment and Billing information as necessary then tap
    Done
    .
