Edit Cellular Data User and Payment Info

Editing your Cellular Data user info or updating Payment and Billing from your Apple® iPad® allows you to maintain correct account information, ensuring uninterrupted access to your data.

Before you begin

You'll need your My Verizon password to complete these steps. If you've forgotten it, refer to Recover Cellular Data Account Password.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Cellular
    .
  3. From the Cellular Plans section, tap the
    Info icon
    .
  4. Tap
    Manage Verizon Account
    .
  5. If not prompted for the account email and password, navigate:
    View Account
    Add to an Existing Verizon Wireless Account
    .
  6. Enter the account email and password then tap
    Next
    .
  7. Tap
    Edit User & Payment Information
    .
  8. Enter the info into the applicable fields then tap
    Done
    .
