Turning on data lets your Apple® iPad® access online services over the Verizon network, while turning it off will impact that experience unless connected to Wi-Fi.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Cellular
    .
  3. Tap the
    Cellular Data switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. To allow data while roaming, tap
    Cellular Data Options
     then select the switch to turn on or off.
