Here's how to check your Verizon Cloud storage space on your iPhone or iPad.
Ensure the Verizon Cloud app on your Apple® iPhone® or iPad® is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
- Do one of the following:
- View Cloud Storage or Change Storage Plan:
- Tap theSettings icon

- TapUsage & Plans.
- View the storage meter.
- In the Available Plans section, tap the desired plan.Options vary based on current plan
- To confirm the plan option, review the confirmation message then tapChange Plan.
- Delete Backed Up Items from Device Storage:
- TapMore.
- TapFree Up Spacethen do one of the following:
- To delete all the synced files, tapFree Up Space.
- To select files individually:
- TapSelect Individual Files.
- Select desired files then tapDelete.
- From the 'Allow Verizon Cloud to delete XX files on your device' message, tapDeleteto confirm.To manually delete from the Recently Deleted folder, refer to Permanently Delete Photos or Videos for more info.
