If you are looking for an easy way to stay connected and keep your kids safe, installing the Verizon Family app helps you manage content and view location updates directly from your device.

Before you begin

To install the app, Android™ OS 6.x (or higher) or Apple® iOS 15 (or later) is required.

Steps

  1. Open the Google Play® Store / Apple App Store® on your Guardian device, enter
    Verizon Family
     into the search field then tap the app once it appears in the list.
    To access the App Store, you must be signed in with your Apple ID.
    You must be signed in to your Google account to access the Play Store.
  2. Tap
    Install / Get
    .
  3. If presented, review the access permissions info then tap
    Accept
     to continue.
