Before you begin

Find My Mobile is now part of SmartThings Find, a service that allows users to manage and control their missing device remotely using the SmartThings Find website.
Ensure a Samsung account is added to your device.
Your Samsung device must be turrned on and connected to a cellular or Wi-Fi connection. If the device is powered off, only the last known location may be available.
Remote Controls and Remote Unlock must be turned on. The Remote Control feature is on by default when adding a device to a Samsung account, allowing access via the SmartThings Find website. Note that enabling Remote Unlock may take a few hours to take effect on the website.

Steps

  1. Sign into the SmartThings Find website using your Samsung account credentials.
  2. Review the list of devices that appear on the left side of the screen then select your desired device to view its location on the map.
