NFL Paris Game: Flyaway to France Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

These Official Rules contain limitations on liability and a binding arbitration clause that entrants must review and agree to prior to entering the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc. (“Sponsor”), One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920. The Sweepstakes is administered by Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. (“Administrator”), 5944 Luther Lane, Suite 500, Dallas TX 75225.

    1. Eligibility

    • The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska);and a Verizon postpaid wireless or Verizon Home Internet (“VHI”) customer, in good standing (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), prior to August 3, 2026 and at the time the prize is awarded. VHI includes 5G Home Internet, VHI Lite Home Internet, LTE Home Internet, and Fios Home Internet.

    Special notice: Passport required for international travel.

    • Employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, The NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and franchisees, and any other company or organization associated with the Sweepstakes (hereinafter, collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members of each or those living in their same household, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family members” include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation or other family extension.
    • All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

    2. How to Enter

    • The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 3, 2026 and ends at 8:59:59 p.m. ET on August 9, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The computer administering the Sweepstakes is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
    • During the Sweepstakes Period, open the MyVerizon app (“App”), click on “Shine” and look for the Sweepstakes tile. Follow the entry prompts to complete the Sweepstakes registration form. If you do not already use the App, download it on your web-enabled mobile device and complete the log in process to use it. Entrants should check their wireless service account for details on any applicable charges if entering via a mobile phone or device. Entrants are solely responsible for any wireless charges associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
    • All entrants must have a valid email address. The name of the person submitting the entry must be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter, otherwise, entry may be deemed void. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address.If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be attributed to the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided during submission. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the person who is assigned to the email address by the online service provider. The potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the Authorized Account Holder of such email account. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than one (1) entry per person by using multiple/different identities or registrations, or any other methods, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that an entrant used robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods of entry (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services), all entries by that entrant shall be voided.
    • Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
    • Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the service(s) you have; meaning: Limit one (1) Entry per mobile telephone number for mobile customers, or limit one (1) Entry per VHI account for home internet customers, for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

    3. Prize

    • One (1) Prize: The prize consists of a trip for the winner and winner’s one (1) guest to attend the NFL game scheduled to take place in Paris, France on October 25, 2026 (the “Game”). The trip consists of round-trip business class air transportation (originating from a major airport near winner’s home) for winner and winner’s one (1) guest; standard, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) for four (4) nights in Paris, France; two (2) tickets to the Game; $3,300.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner); and an “NFL Experience”. Nature, duration, and all details of the NFL Experience shall be determined, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.Exact travel dates shall be determined by the Sponsor (and based on winner’s residency), in its sole discretion, at a date later than the publication of these Official Rules. See below for all Prize Conditions.
    • Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is up to $24,800.00. The ARV is dependent the city/date/time of departure of all necessary flights.
    • Prize Conditions: Ground transportation (including to and from the departure/arrival airports and the Game), parking, upgrades, meals, gratuities, luggage fees,and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and winner’s guest must possess a valid passport with at least one (1) blank page that is valid for at least six (6) months on date of travel and must have all appropriate documentation required to travel to Australia. Any passport, visa and/or government fees are solely the responsibility of the winner and their guest. Travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor, in its sole discretion; no alternative travel dates will be offered. Additional information regarding travel dates shall be provided to the potential winner at the time he or she is notified. A minor child may accompany winner as a guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. A minor guest must be accompanied at all times during all prize-related events by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Once the guest is selected, he or she may not be substituted, except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Should the winner elect to travel independently, no compensation will be provided for the unused portion. Winner must use Sponsor’s designated travel coordinator for all trip arrangements. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport, or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations and other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its reasonable control. Selection of hotel, airline flights and seating on flights are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Winner will be required to provide a credit card prior to hotel check-in and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance), at their option, and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen, or damaged airline or Game tickets or any other prize element will not be replaced or exchanged.In the event the winner and/or the guest misses a scheduled airline flight (through no fault of Sponsor or Released Parties or due to Force Majeure), Sponsor and Released Parties will have no liability for any costs associated with changing or rebooking transportation. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize at any time and send winner and their guest home immediately if winner and/or their guest engages behavior that is illegal or is non-sportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any time during the trip.

      If the winner is unable to attend the Game on the date specified to winner at the time of notification, the prize will be forfeited. No alternative date will be provided. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for a canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled Game. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of Game delay, postponement, or cancellation. Winner agrees that the prize is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license and may not be sold, resold, used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Game rescheduling or cancellation. Winner and their guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Game. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the prize. The NFL Entities or venue operator reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Game. The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their reasonable control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of, or the restriction on fans attending, any NFL game/event/exhibition. NFL game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Ticket redemption requires a mobile ticketing app and is subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Winner may be required to provide a valid email address, download the applicable mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at stadium via mobile device. Data rates may apply. Winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticket app. WiFi provided at stadium. Seating assignments are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

    4. Drawing and Notification

    • The potential winner will be selected by a random drawing, conducted by the Administrator in its sole discretion, on or about August 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
    • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    • The potential winner will be notified by the Administrator, via email, within one (1) business day of the random drawing. Potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to proceed with the prize award process and comply with additional instructions to be provided by Administrator. If the potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an alternate winner will be selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
    • The potential winner will also be required to complete, sign and return an IRS Form W-9 (including their social security number) and an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with a Publicity Release (where lawful) within seventy-two (72) hours from the day and time of the email notification. The confirmed winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of their prize. The guest (or guest’s parent or legal guardian, if a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release within the same time period as stated above.
    • Background Check Requirement for winner and their guest: The potential winner and their guest may be required to consent to a background check. If required, the potential winner and their guest must pass the   background check to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries (time permitting).
    • If (a) any notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, (b) the potential winner does not properly respond to a Sweepstakes notification (as stated above), (c) any required documents are not returned within the required time period (as stated above) or (d) the potential winner cannot be verified according to the specific prize requirements or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated herein, such prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upon forfeiture for any reason, no compensation shall be given. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for suspended or discontinued internet or wireless service or a change in the potential winner’s phone number,email address or mailing address which may result in the potential winner not receiving a prize notification or prize. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered emails, including notifications diverted to spam or junk folders by the winner’s email settings.
    • Additional prize information will be provided to the potential winner at time of winner notification and/or confirmation.
    • Any government employee who wins a prize may be subject to their jurisdiction's ethics and gift rules. Such winner is responsible for abiding by all applicable ethics and gift rules of their jurisdiction.

    5. General Conditions

    • By entering, entrants agree to abide by all terms and conditions and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
    • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. If a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Winner will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize, if any. Administrator will provide tax reporting forms to the appropriate federal and state authorities and the winner to the extent required by applicable law.
    • If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
    • Termination. If Sponsor cancels, terminates, modifies, or suspends this Sweepstakes for any reason (including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes), Sponsor will select the potential winner by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received during the Sweepstakes Period prior to termination, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Sponsor does so, Sponsor will post notice of its action on the App.
    • Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    • The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision of these Official Rules.

    6. Publicity

    • By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor, NFL Entities (defined below) and their designees to use their name, likeness, and other identifying information for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties, and Instagram and Meta, from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel thereto (if any).
    • The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) entrant’s participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; (b) hardware or software errors, faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any internet or wireless providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the App in whole or in part of any reason; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet, the App; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs or worms; (j) destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes; or (k) loss, miscount, misdirection, in accessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, technical, computer, network or human errors which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes; the uploading, processing of entries; or the announcement of the prize in any sweepstakes-related materials. Use of the App is at entrant’s own risk. Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or web-enabled device resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
    • The Released Parties are not responsible for any damages to, or loss of a prize caused by the winner’s actions, including but not limited to theft, neglect, or abuse of the prize.
    • Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to every entrant.

    8. Privacy

    10. Disputes

    • THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY IN NEW YORK COUNTY, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR RELEASED PARTIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
    • This Sweepstakes is in no way offered, sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
    • Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes shall be directed to the Sponsor and not toInstagram or Meta.
