This Verizon NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube "On Us" offer is valid through 9/2/26, subject to change, for (1) new and existing Verizon mobile customers that purchase an eligible 5G phone and activate a new smartphone line on Unlimited Ultimate or Unlimited Plus; (2) existing Verizon mobile customers that purchase an eligible 5G phone and upgrade an existing line to Unlimited Ultimate or Unlimited Plus; or (3) new Verizon Home Internet customers that activate/install and maintain any Fios, 5G Home Ultimate or Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra plan.

You must activate/install the eligible service and then you will receive a redemption notice from Verizon.
