Verizon retired the Care Smart app and service. Smartwatch users (excludes the Verizon Care Smart watch) can enroll in Verizon Family Plus. You'll keep the features you already rely on with Care Smart such as location monitoring and fall detection while gaining access to a full suite of digital health and safety tools for the whole family.
