Paper-free billing Terms & Conditions

    Agreement to receive monthly bill online.

    Paper-free billing means you'll start to receive your bill online and stop receiving a bill via the mail. You will also receive account notices electronically, such as suspension notices by email if you don't pay your bill on time. If enrolling in Paper-free billing when you first activate your service, you'll receive your first bill online and won't receive a bill via mail.

    Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions for Paper-free billing. By enrolling you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms we cannot complete your enrollment.

    To keep your Paper-free billing enrollment active, and keep any discounts associated with Paper-free billing, you must maintain a registered My Verizon profile at www.verizon.com.

    You agree to keep your My Verizon profile up to date so that it always contains your current and correct email address and wireless/mobile telephone number. It's essential that you keep a current and correct email address and wireless telephone number for Verizon to provide you with bill availability and other important notices. Simply log in to www.verizon.com. and update your My Verizon account preferences and information as needed.
