Home Offers for Fios Home Internet & TV FAQs

You may have qualified for a special offer (e.g., Verizon Gift Card, accessories, third-party items, etc,) when you signed up for Fios Home Internet or Fios TV.

If you have any active Fios Home Internet and/or TV offers, you can visit the Home Offers page in My Verizon to:

• View which offers are ready to redeem now, and those that are redeemable at a future date.
• View offers you already redeemed.
• Manage active streaming service subscriptions in the Redemption History section.

You must install and maintain Fios service to be eligible to redeem Fios Home Offers.

We send you an email when you’re eligible to redeem an offer you got with Fios Home Internet or TV service. You can also visit provided with a link to the My Verizon Home Offers page, where you’ll find offers listed as:

• Ready to Redeem
  • Offers that can be redeemed immediately.
  • "Redeem by” date is provided for each offer.
• Pending Offers
  • Offers that require continuous Fios service of 14-65 days before redeeming (i.e., the offer redemption waiting period).
  • “Redeem on” date is provided for each offer.
• Redemption History
  • Offers you have already redeemed.
  • Date you redeemed each offer.
    • Discounts display for 3 months after the offer ends.
    • Accessories and Verizon Gift Cards display for 5 months after the offer ends.
    • Streaming subscriptions will be displayed display for the duration of the offer. Active streaming subscriptions have a link that let you manage those subscriptions.

Note: Business accounts aren’t eligible for Home Offers.

To redeem an offer from the Home Offers page:

1. Sign in to your My Verizon account and go to the Home Offers page.
2. Select an offer from the Ready to Redeem section to review the offer details.
3. Review the Terms & Conditions, then select Claim offer now.
4. Depending upon the offer, you’ll either be linked to the Verizon Home Accessory Store to redeem the offer, or to a third-party site.

Each offer displays the redeem-by date.

Most Home offers are redeemable for 60 days after initial eligibility. Some have longer redemption periods.

You won’t see the offer listed on the dashboard if: 

• You have exceeded the redemption period to claim the offer.
• The close out period for the offer has passed (5 months from the end-date of the offer for accessories and 3 months for discounts).
• You no longer have a streaming subscription service, on us.
• You are not eligible for that offer.
• The offer has already been redeemed and is now listed under the Redemption History.

Any unclaimed offers will no longer be eligible for redemption. Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the redeemed offer if the eligible service is canceled within the first 180 days.
