Yes, Frontier is now a Verizon company. This means fiber internet will be available in more locations across the country:

• Our fiber optic network reach now extends across 31 states and Washington, DC. 
• This expansion includes plan offerings for fiber optic home internet, fiber optic business internet, landline phones and Fios TV. 

No. Your service will continue as normal and your pricing isn’t changing.

Nothing is changing with your Frontier account, plan or bill. You can manage your account and billing as usual. In the coming months, we’ll be in touch with everything you need to know.

No. When you have Frontier Fiber Internet, you can contact Frontier for help with your home internet and account.

When you have or enroll in mobile service through our Verizon Value brands* and you get Frontier Fiber Internet, you can save $15 every month.**

No. Canceling either service disqualifies your account from the Value + Home Discount and benefits.

All Value mobile phone and home internet plans are eligible, so even if you change plans you’ll keep the Value + Home Discount monthly discount.

We'll give you details about your Value + Home Discount eligibility when you make a plan change.

If your Verizon Value mobile and/or home internet accounts are suspended without billing, your Value + Home Discount is suspended.
