How to return Fios Equipment FAQs

You must contact us to intiate your disconnect and return. Return all Verizon Fios rented equipment within 30 days of your service disconnection.

Return equipment to a The UPS Store:

1. Find an authorized The UPS Store location near you nationwide.
2. Bring your unboxed equipment and power cord.
   • The UPS Store scans the equipment's serial numbers, packages and ships the returned equipment.
3. Keep the return receipt for your records.

We will send you an email confirmation of your return. If there is an issue with your return, contact us.

If you live in: the District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island or Virginia and would like to visit a Verizon store instead to drop Fios equipment off within 30 days of your disconnection:

1. Visit our Store Locator.
2. Enter your ZIP Code.
3. Select the drop down arrow.
   • Select Filters.
4. Choose Fios Home equipment returns.
5. Bring your return and power cord to the Verizon store.

Credits for returned equipment take up to 2 bill cycles to appear on your bill after your return is complete. The equipment return fee is only credited for the equipment you returned. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your return is processed. Contact Us if you haven’t received your refund within 3 bill cycles.
