Set up your Outdoor Light Module

The Outdoor Light Module provides wireless control of on/off functions for incandescent and fluorescent outdoor lighting.

The Outdoor Light Module allows you to turn connected landscaping and seasonal lights on/off anytime from anywhere, so you can control energy usage while still coming home to a well-lit house.

Outdoor Light Module Setup Tips:

  • The Light Module is only recommended for use with incandescent and fluorescent bulbs 25 watts or higher in power.. If the wattage is lower, the dimmer feature may not work.

  • Do not expose to rain or place in damp locations.

  • Install at least three feet above ground level with the Outdoor Module pointed down.

  • Before you pair your Light Module with the Gateway Device and/or Remote Control, verify that your Outdoor Light Module is plugged into a working power outlet and the power light is solid green. The Light Module should be within 5 feet of the Remote Control and/or Gateway Device.

  • The pairing process in the Setup Wizard must be completed within 30 seconds otherwise you'll need to start over.
