High Speed Internet

PPPoE Based on your state selection, your Verizon High Speed Internet connection probably utilizes PPPoE (Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet).

If you can't connect to the Internet, change your Verizon Online Password.
If you have another means of accessing Member Center, change your Verizon Online password and try re-connecting to the Internet.

  • Enter the new password in the dialer software if you use a dial-up connect to change your password.
  • Update the router configuration with the new password if you use a router or the Westell Model 2200 modem with built-in PPPoE functionality to change your password.
