I can't receive email.
  1. First, check to see if you have an active Internet connection by opening a Web page.


  2. When you know you have an active Internet connection, check your email software setup. The incoming POP3 server should be set to pop.verizon.net.


  3. Verify that your user name and password are entered correctly in your email software
