Won't hold signal. Every day at 4:00pm, it drops what little signal it has for over an hour. Very disatisfied. Will be returning to store.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Rep said we were running low on our stand alone hotspot, and it would be recommended to go from 15G to 50G. After Getting off the phone, I called back because I was a bit confused (since he said he couldn’t even ‘see’ how many gigs our hotspot had used.
Second rep said we hadn’t even used 1G, which is probably why it wasn’t registering.
The first rep almost had us paying an additional $20 per month, and changing our (PHONE 423.260.4239) plan to 50G,. When all I needed was to see what we had been using for our stand alone hotspot.

The 5G is worthless. It works on a sunny day, next to the tower, and zero interference. Otherwise wind, clouds, walls, or anything not perfect it does not work. Will drop signal for hours per day.

Good upgrade from phone hotspot!

Working well in my area. Moved to this from phone hotspot for improved signal. My only complaint is it hasn't shown usage statistics either on the device or under account device management which raises concerns about exceeding plan allotment, but that's likely a provisioning issue and not the device itself.
